Security
ITP Security are on site Mon- Thu & Sun 10pm-3am.
They are on site 11pm-4am Friday and Saturday nights.
After hours calls to the Building Manager are to be emergency only.
Non-emergency call outs will be charged out to the caller at a rate of $55 with a minimum of hours.
Moving in/Moving out/Furniture deliveries
Moves and furniture delivery are only permitted on weekdays between 8am – 4pm and a $100 deposit is required. Please allow at least two days’ notice to the Building Manager who can provide directions and assign dedicated elevators. On the move or delivery day, residents need to access the lift key from the Building Manager and return lift to service at 4pm as per OC rules.

Assigned Car Parks and Storage cages are linked to each apartment, although not numbered the same. If you are unsure of your parking space or storage cage number, contact the Building Manager during office hours
