FACILITIES

Gym, Sauna, Pool and Bathroom Facilities
Located in Gardiner Apartments, Tower B Ground floor, these facilities are available to
Residents and one friend ONLY and require security swipe card access. Open 7 days – hours 6:00am-10:00pm.

Private Gardens
Access to private gardens for Residents is on the Podium Level, next door to Billy’s Courtyard. These gardens are adjacent to the Heywood Apartments and offer lawns and seating areas, established gardens, a wetlands area and vegetable garden.

Resident, Office & Visitor Carparks
The Level B4 carpark for Residents and Office Staff is accessed from Crescent Road off Tooronga Road.
A private visitor car park (B1 carpark) is accessed at the Coles public car park entry on the roundabout in Crescent Road. The roundabout can be accessed via either Toorak or Tooronga Roads. Access into the Private Carpark is by a resident’s swipe.

Public Carparks
Two public car parking entry points are on Crescent Avenue which is accessed from Toorak or Tooronga Roads. There are 480 undercover parking spaces for shoppers and the first three hours are free.

Tooronga Community Room
A multi purpose space designed to host events and meetings for local community groups and activities.
